In this procedure, Dr. Wojtanowski makes an incision in the natural fold of your eyelid and removes skin, muscle and fat. He will use secure the skin with stiches. In some cases, dissolvable stitches may be used. In other cases, removable stitches will be used to give a precise alignment. These stitches are usually removed in a few days after surgery.
