Increases in male cosmetic procedures is on the rise here in Cleveland and nationwide. There was a time, you would never see a man in a plastic surgery office. But this decades-old tradition has changed as statistics from the American Society of Plastic Surgeons show that men too, are wanting to get rid of wrinkles, bags and fat.
